Digital assistants based on artificial intelligence (AI) have been increasingly used in contexts beyond home-oriented services to support individuals carrying out work-related tasks. Given the lack of empirical evidence this fast-developing area, paper aims (1) explore factors which can lead individuals' satisfaction with use technology, and (2) examine impact productivity job engagement.
